Getting Ripped In 2010

Well ladies and gentlemen, probably mostly gentlemen, it’s 2010 and you know what that means! Time to cut that fat and get ripped. But it’s not all as easy as it sounds – if it was every guy would be getting ripped.

Here’s the deal getting ripped is a fine science and it takes hard work and a little smarts to get you there. What most guys make up for in hard work they lack in smarts.

Since I only had smarts I was able to use that to my advantage and not need to work out so hard, for so long because quite simply I knew what I needed to do and I did it. Easy as that.

We all have goals and chances are you’ve looked back on your 2009 goals with absolute disgust on your face. You’ve probably wondered how you managed to complete not even one simple little task. Well you aren’t alone. Thousands of men and women are running into this problem and it’s time you learn how to solve it.

The first thing you need to do in order to get ripped for 2010 is to stay motivated. You know it sounds a lot easier than it is but staying motivated and trying to keep the will power to keep on going just isn’t that easy. Sometimes our minds just aren’t powerful enough to make use focus on one tiny little thing and we end up wasting, or in our view wasting, an entire day.

Try hanging up a picture of yourself and maybe a little note saying why you want to accomplish X goal.

The next thing you need to do is simply do it. Often death is worse than it’s perceived. Same is true for any workouts etc. Just focus on getting it done and you will get it done. It just takes time and effort.
